What we actually expect
The member figures shown on this site are individual results. They are documented, published with permission, and they are not typical.
Most members do not double revenue in two months. Members who move at that pace generally have three things in common: they attend the weekly sessions, they let us train their team directly rather than relaying it secondhand, and they implement between calls.
What MSPA works toward is not a spike. It is steady improvement in the numbers that compound — rebooking rate, average ticket, payroll ratio and profit margin — measured across a full year. Some members reach that. Some move more slowly. Some do not get there at all, most often because the system does not get implemented.
Your outcome depends on your market, your team, your starting position, your pricing and the work you put in. We supply the system, the training and the accountability.We cannot supply the implementation. Any member telling you otherwise is selling you something, and so is any coaching company.
No guarantee of results
MSPA makes no guarantee of revenue, profit or business outcome, and we would be wary of anyone who does. Membership includes a 30-day fit window: if MSPA is not right for you within your first 30 days, tell us and we will release you from the agreement.

Testimonials reflect the experience of individual members and are not a promise of what any other member will achieve. No member received payment, discount, free membership or other compensation in exchange for a testimonial, except where a material connection is disclosed alongside that testimonial.
Where a member's written story includes revenue figures, last names and practice names are withheld to protect the privacy of our members and their patients. Video testimonials are published with the member's specific written consent to appear on camera under their own name.
